09/02/2001: "Crickets Suck!"

Last night there was a freakign cricket in my room that kept me up for about for hours. I don't know how it got in, but it just wouldn't go away. CHIRP CHIRP, damn annoying. It was ear piercing loud! It would go for about five minutes at a time, then stop, then start up again. It would only stop before the five minutes if I slammed into a piece of furnature really hard to scare it. Oh, I must point out this started about 3:30 am. Needless to say, sleep was crappy last night.
