09/24/2002: "My CLIÉ"

So, a couple of weeks ago I had to send my CLIÉ for repairs. I needed to send it to San Diego. What's wrong with the two pictures here?!

It's says it's supposed to be NEXT DAY AIR. NEXT DAY! It took almost 3 days! On top of that, with a 5 business day turn around, is should be back her today! I hope... UPS track record for next day air makes it seem like I'll get it by Friday. Weird, with FedEX, I ALWAYS get it early a day. At least they're on time.
