So, THAT'S why it's so friggin' cold in my damn house. The heater in the house was broken. I found it odd that I had to wear a sweatshirt and sweatpants to sleep. I thought my parents were just cheap and got pissed at the electricity bill again... Well, maybe that too... But, we aren't getting central air yet, :(
