So I finally emailed back and forth with my doctor. She agrees that most likely I have Plantar Fasciitis or spurs. While I didn't actually go in and get treated, she did suggest trying some things I've already done (stretches, ice, ibuprofen ) and even some I'm about to do (night splints and tapes). I need to recover quickly so I can back into running, even my T25 is being affected.
