Bah, it’s late and I gotta get up tomorrow to go paintballing. So, I’ll make this quick and to the point.

Bah, there goes our non-losing streak and my points streak. Tonight (eR, last night) we were dominated by a more physical team. Or, rather, I should say a one man team. A physical team, yet we had most of the penalties. Yet, most of them were the last minute of the game, where someone had a break away (I think?) and ran into our goalie and into our goal. He turned around and in Matrix style slomo (my perception) and takes his sticks and basically chops at the guy behind him. Yeah, so, Sean, I know you’re kicking yourself in the ass for not going to this game. You missed a nice, but quick scrum which landed 1 of their players, 2 of our players in the box and 1 of ours to the dressing room. I forget the calls of the penalties, but there was a 3rd man in call LOL.

So, I played pretty crappy today, maybe it was ’cause my brother was in the stands, and I maybe I have something to prove. 3rd period I’m skating right wing and Joe the left winger has the puck, I anticipated wrong that he would go straight in and in order to say on-sides I had to force myself into the splits and managed to stay on-sides. After the game, I went to the refs to get the score sheet and they asked me how I did that. I replied I had a background in martial arts LOL. The sad thing is he told me, after all that effort, I was still offsides. My foot was in the right place, but the blade of my skate wasn’t touching the ice on the blue line, but it was that effort that he let it go. HEH.

I also got a penalty early in the game for ”boarding”. Sucks ’cause I got to the puck too. While sitting in the box it became the intermission and the refs came in the box, and I tried to figure out why I was called. So turns out, the other ref that didn’t make the call said he shoulda called us both, ’cause the guy I checked held my stick after the ”check.” Bah, don’t tell me that AFTER the fact. Bah, we’ll to better next week.

Yay! I got my baby back from the paint shop. Finally, my baby is done with the outsides for now. Now, she’s ready to look fine for the streets. Although, it wasn’t the EXACT color I wanted, close enough. I know what I paid for. Now, she’s ready for some new mods, when ever and what ever they may be.

So, early this morning I went to my general Dentist’s office for a routine filling. I say routine cause, well, for me it kinda is. Anyway, I was sitting there and while he was drilling my tooth for what seemed for like a half an hour, he says, ”Hrm.. I can’t do anything more to this, he’s going to need an RTC.” I knew what he meant. So he sends me to a specialist Endodontist fairly close to my house but kinda far from his place. After much drilling & filling, and several x-rays later, I was quickly in and out of there. Maybe a little too quickly… ‘Cuz there was a girl there who I SWEAR looks like Ren Stevens, AKA: Christy Carlson Romano, from the Disney Channel’s Even Stevens. Now, I’m not the vain and conceited type, but I could have sworn I caught her checking me out. Don’t give me that look, and don’t you scoff. I know you are. What, I’m not good enough to look at anymore? F U too. So, I kept bothering my sister, that I met Ren Stevens today. Maybe ”Ren” was just looking at my swolen cheek or my bad hair cut. WHAT? You haven’t seen my new hair cut yet? Look to the right!

Stupid psycho kitty. She’s playing inside my Honeywell Super Turbo High Performance Fan box that I bought from Bed, Bath, and Beyond. NO JOKE, I SO swear that’s what the box says. Maybe, if I remember, I’ll post a pic up later. Maybe it’s some stupid ploy to get Rice Boys to buy their fan versus someone elses brand to keep them cool in the summer. Stupid, Honeywell. Well, they suckered me damnit. Then again I didn’t buy it because it said turbo or anything. I mean, it was like $20 or something for a decent powered fan. I’d HARDLY call it ”TURBO” or anything, then again some people are selling fans on eBay to stick in your intake pipe and calling it an ”electric turbo” LOL. Lesson to be learned, people. There’s NO such thing as a CHEAP mod for more HP for you car. Maybe I should BOLD it for the Rice Boys out there. LOL Then again I’m still wondering on the claims for that ”tornado” something rather that also goes in the intake. Looks like another gimmic. But, I’m no expert.

Stupid psycho kitty. You should see my arms and legs, they’re full of scratches and bite marks. I’m gonna rip out those motherfking things when I get enough money to have the vet declaw her.

Lookie here, two times in a row, a post right after a game. Just for you Sean.

Crap, the guys on my team know about my blog now. Maybe they didn’t remember my URL. Then again my email address that I have for the Evites is my URL… Great, now I have to watch who I talk sh*t about, ahahahah j/k. Maybe I’ll just talk crap about Sean, from now on. LOL He can take it. (Just a warning to you new people, hockey or random web passer-byer, I don’t know how to spell and I don’t care about spell check and I don’t care about grammar. Do you? Go read a book. Muhahahahah)

So, these guys are named the Force, right? Why were they all wearing the Penguins jerseys? I guess it could be worse, could be like us. Some matching jerseys, some not. But, it kinda makes sense, we’re Misfits (not the band, the ice hockey team) we like not matching, heh. Ok, onto the game…

I think we’re do WAY better at working as a team. Much better than last season. That is everyone but me LOL sure I got an assist today, I noticed I tend to take shots I shouldn’t, and should pass it. My vision gets all cloudy when I get the puck and I see an opening I can take, only to have it blocked by a defenseman. Bah. However in my defense, I DID manage to score a goal today, making it a 2 point game. It was a nice screen, thanks to their defenseman, shot to the high post glove side nothing but net. Thank God, or whatever you believe in, it was nothing but net; during the warmups I hit posts (not on purpose). Ever since High School I have a habit of hitting posts. They have magnets I tell you!

I kinda got scared during the game when they were slowly starting to come back. I didn’t want to see a WAY hard earned first period to to waste with a LOSS on our score card. Good thing we toughed it out had good positioning, good fowards, good D, and did i mention EXCELLENT goalie work? Damn, on one shift, when my line went to the bench, I looked back to our side of the ice when the other team had a 1 on 0 breakaway and there was no one with a black jersey around. I proceded to chase him. I didn’t quite catch up with him but luckily our goalie, Rich, stoned him good. But, I spent too much energy on that one shift. I’m wondering if it were the beginning of that shift, could I have caught him? If I went to the bench when I SHOULD have, could my replacement caught him? I’ll never know and I made a judgement call and came out lucky. Thanks for the shot-stops, esp that one, Richard…

Things got a little nippy at the end of the game. Not sure really what happened. I know there were a lot of useless pushes and shoves during the last minutes of the game from both parties. LOL didn’t someone say (I think it was BEFORE the game) that there wasn’t any teams/players you couldn’t get along with this season? As per Sean’s request, here is the game review on time…

So, last week, we beat the second place team. This week, we went against the FIRST place team. Early in the first period, my first shift actually, I get checked and didn’t expect it and my head was down so I kinda got my neck scrunched in and somehow moved the front of my helmet to burn the bridge of my nose. I think we played very well especially considering the opposing team was hungry for the win against a team like us. Then again I don’t think we were playing smart hockey, taking penalties when we shouldn’t. Part of the game right? Well in the first period, they scored the first goal. Okay, don’t get discouraged too soon in the game, it’s way too early. Then, I got a winger behind the opposing net (Joe) and the other winger (Marshall) beside me in front of the net. Pass up front and I score! Snuck it in the 5 hole (between the goalie’s legs). Getting late in the third the other team scores again. Are we out of it yet?! No. I have 2 scoring chances but I suck so I didn’t convert. I whiffed a one timer that should have been an easy goal, and one was when I split the D and tried to shoot but all I got was D pads. I shoulda passed it back to Marshall, but I thought I had a clear shot. Lucky for me and the rest of the team our D man, Sean (I think) came up with a nice laser guided rocket to even things up. Horn sounds, and we have to settle for a tie. Not bad for a tied-for-second-to-last-place-team against the first place team. Bah, now we have to play another game THIS Tuesday. I hope I’m not too tired and I hope I can heal my messed up knee too. Yeah I forgot to mention when I whiffed that one-timer I fell to my knees and messed up my right knee a little. Oh well. Hockey week, this week. Got a game Saturday too. Come watch!

So, I actually went on a real date yesterday… LOL, I took moO to the Great Mall in Milpitas… I Finally saw 2Fast 2Furious. After leaving the theatre I was still grinning like an idiot. I love cars… mmmmmmm. The movie itself? I’ll quote moO when I say, ”It was better than I thought it would be.” Not into Rice? Don’t bother. Like Imports and other exotics, chicks in thongs, cars jumping and crashing. This movie’s for you. I’m a sucker for Rice. Plus, it was free, at least for me. I bought that ”The Fast and the Furious – All New Tricked Out Edition” with the free ticket inside, too bad the closest theatre that was showing 2F2F was in Milpitas.

After the movie we played at Dave and Busters. One of my most favorite places in the world, and Jesse’s arch nemesis for some reason. Too bad this time we didn’t see Tony Hawk there again, LOL.

I played this VR type game where you stand in this caged platform where you can play ”real” sports like hockey, baseball, soccer, or football. I, of course, tried the hockey thing. It’s pretty damn hard. You just chose the team you want to shoot against and it renders a goalie in front of the goal. My first time was against ”VR Patrick Roy.” I don’t think it was supposed to be him, but a generic goalie with an Avalanche jersy, but who cares. For some reason, much like real life, I hit the post alot. Heh, now I can tell everyone I scored on ”VR Patrick Roy”. Not that it matters ’cause it was a generic goalie, but I was a little disappointed that their selection of teams to score against was VERY limited. Probaby like 6 teams and a few country teams. It didn’t even have the Sharks! Oh well, beggars can’t be choosers. I think the game was messed up ’cause I couldn’t see how much time I had left and my shot speed. I think it was a little confusing ’cause there were no real instructions on how to play. Like it would say to shoot only until after the whistle blew. for the longest time I didn’t hear a whistle, so I just shot. But, then I’d hear this weird noise that sounded like a horn, I think that was the ”whistle.” How stupid… Pretty fun game tho.

I tried my hand at the baseball one too. It’s been a while, LONG while, since I’ve thrown a pitch. Back in like Little League days I was a pitcher… for like 3 games. I was pretty good and accurate, but I would throw out my arm to get enough good speed, that I had to stop and proceed to my regular spot at shortstop… I don’t know if it was a horrible joke to play on a kid but I was always shortstop. I’m short, HA HA, very funny. Need you remind me? So, anyway, the VR baseball game, it’s the bottom of the ninth you’re pitching, and you have 3 minutes (I think) to strike out 3 batters to win the game. Simple enough. Oddly enough I actually came out with the win. Yet, another sad point is my fastest pitch was like 56 MPH. SAD…

After getting a new D&B card and turning in the tickets I had won (I now have a total of 11K+ tickets and am now a ”GOLD” member, LOL) we went to eat. I had the Bar Burgers and moO had the pasta and breaded chicken. MMMMMMMMM I love the Bar Burgers there. They’re regular cheesburgers on baby sweet rolls. You get 4 but the size of the buns are like 1/4 of a whole hamburger. MMMMM. Get it if you ever go there.

3 wins in a row. What is this world coming to?! Yes, our game was on Sunday, and I got a little lazy. So, with 3 full lines up front and 2 Ds, we had plenty of lines to keep us all fresh on the ice. At first I was a little scared because the other team was matching us point for point. The last several minutes we were tied 3-3 then we scored again to take the lead. Nothin’ much to say about this game, other than my Dad’s cousin Gary scored our 2nd goal. Go, Gary! Sadly, supposedly that was the second place team. I hope we can keep this streak going. Go, Misfits!

It’s official… well it HAS been, but I’m just too lazy to blog… but, we have a new addition to the family. Meet Chi-Toe or Chi-Chi for short, which doesn’t make any sense ’cause it’s the same amount of letters and syllables. Dree-Dree, moO’s Sister named her, I was hoping it was a boy so we could just name it chester, LOL. Too bad ”Orange Cat” was already taken. You remember? Chong? (Chinese for orange)…

Chi-Chi was one of the four baby kittens moO found under her property; the fate of two you know =( , and the one other baby and Mommie cat are still roaming outside the property, we decided to foster this one so its fate will not be the same as the other two. We will keep this one as long as we can, pending my parents freaking out because of the fleas. But, after it’s 8 weeks old we can flea dip it and bomb my room then all is good. I think it’s a girl, we all do, but I’m too lazy to fight with the kitty to check. She’s a WILD one. Unlike the ill fated two, she likes to PLAY, and play she does most of the time. She does have her down time, as seen in the pic above. So, if we don’t get too attached and you or anyone you know wants to adopt her send me an email.

Wow, we rocked on Saturday, despite having only two lines and a floating forward. Ugh, I ate like an hour before the game. I usually only eat 5 hours before a game, but I was SO hungry my sister and I went out for Yiassoo. I felt like throwing up the whole game LOL. I guess I could have played a little better if I hadn’t eating so close to game time. In any case, we got our first season shut-out. YAY. I had a few REALLY close scoring chances right up front of the net, but just couldn’t get it in. Maybe next time. I think even though we had a short bench, we did an exceptional job. Everyone except for our D man, Flynn. I think he needs some work. Mauahahah j/k.
