Damn, we almost had it. In the second we were up 5-3 and somehow we let it slip away. Well, our goalie let one go through when a really slow shot came from the red line and he nonchalantly attempted to stop the puck only to let it go under his stick into the goal, making it 5-5. Within the last second, approx. 0.4 seconds left, they score the winning goal. Damnit. Well, on the high note, we were awarded a penalty shot when a player from the other team basically jumped on the puck in front of the goal, and our shooter scored! Yay, well, we didn’t win, poo. I hope this isn’t like last season where we just suck. WIN!
