So, I actually went on a real date yesterday… LOL, I took moO to the Great Mall in Milpitas… I Finally saw 2Fast 2Furious. After leaving the theatre I was still grinning like an idiot. I love cars… mmmmmmm. The movie itself? I’ll quote moO when I say, ”It was better than I thought it would be.” Not into Rice? Don’t bother. Like Imports and other exotics, chicks in thongs, cars jumping and crashing. This movie’s for you. I’m a sucker for Rice. Plus, it was free, at least for me. I bought that ”The Fast and the Furious – All New Tricked Out Edition” with the free ticket inside, too bad the closest theatre that was showing 2F2F was in Milpitas.

After the movie we played at Dave and Busters. One of my most favorite places in the world, and Jesse’s arch nemesis for some reason. Too bad this time we didn’t see Tony Hawk there again, LOL.

I played this VR type game where you stand in this caged platform where you can play ”real” sports like hockey, baseball, soccer, or football. I, of course, tried the hockey thing. It’s pretty damn hard. You just chose the team you want to shoot against and it renders a goalie in front of the goal. My first time was against ”VR Patrick Roy.” I don’t think it was supposed to be him, but a generic goalie with an Avalanche jersy, but who cares. For some reason, much like real life, I hit the post alot. Heh, now I can tell everyone I scored on ”VR Patrick Roy”. Not that it matters ’cause it was a generic goalie, but I was a little disappointed that their selection of teams to score against was VERY limited. Probaby like 6 teams and a few country teams. It didn’t even have the Sharks! Oh well, beggars can’t be choosers. I think the game was messed up ’cause I couldn’t see how much time I had left and my shot speed. I think it was a little confusing ’cause there were no real instructions on how to play. Like it would say to shoot only until after the whistle blew. for the longest time I didn’t hear a whistle, so I just shot. But, then I’d hear this weird noise that sounded like a horn, I think that was the ”whistle.” How stupid… Pretty fun game tho.

I tried my hand at the baseball one too. It’s been a while, LONG while, since I’ve thrown a pitch. Back in like Little League days I was a pitcher… for like 3 games. I was pretty good and accurate, but I would throw out my arm to get enough good speed, that I had to stop and proceed to my regular spot at shortstop… I don’t know if it was a horrible joke to play on a kid but I was always shortstop. I’m short, HA HA, very funny. Need you remind me? So, anyway, the VR baseball game, it’s the bottom of the ninth you’re pitching, and you have 3 minutes (I think) to strike out 3 batters to win the game. Simple enough. Oddly enough I actually came out with the win. Yet, another sad point is my fastest pitch was like 56 MPH. SAD…

After getting a new D&B card and turning in the tickets I had won (I now have a total of 11K+ tickets and am now a ”GOLD” member, LOL) we went to eat. I had the Bar Burgers and moO had the pasta and breaded chicken. MMMMMMMMM I love the Bar Burgers there. They’re regular cheesburgers on baby sweet rolls. You get 4 but the size of the buns are like 1/4 of a whole hamburger. MMMMM. Get it if you ever go there.

3 wins in a row. What is this world coming to?! Yes, our game was on Sunday, and I got a little lazy. So, with 3 full lines up front and 2 Ds, we had plenty of lines to keep us all fresh on the ice. At first I was a little scared because the other team was matching us point for point. The last several minutes we were tied 3-3 then we scored again to take the lead. Nothin’ much to say about this game, other than my Dad’s cousin Gary scored our 2nd goal. Go, Gary! Sadly, supposedly that was the second place team. I hope we can keep this streak going. Go, Misfits!

It’s official… well it HAS been, but I’m just too lazy to blog… but, we have a new addition to the family. Meet Chi-Toe or Chi-Chi for short, which doesn’t make any sense ’cause it’s the same amount of letters and syllables. Dree-Dree, moO’s Sister named her, I was hoping it was a boy so we could just name it chester, LOL. Too bad ”Orange Cat” was already taken. You remember? Chong? (Chinese for orange)…

Chi-Chi was one of the four baby kittens moO found under her property; the fate of two you know =( , and the one other baby and Mommie cat are still roaming outside the property, we decided to foster this one so its fate will not be the same as the other two. We will keep this one as long as we can, pending my parents freaking out because of the fleas. But, after it’s 8 weeks old we can flea dip it and bomb my room then all is good. I think it’s a girl, we all do, but I’m too lazy to fight with the kitty to check. She’s a WILD one. Unlike the ill fated two, she likes to PLAY, and play she does most of the time. She does have her down time, as seen in the pic above. So, if we don’t get too attached and you or anyone you know wants to adopt her send me an email.

Wow, we rocked on Saturday, despite having only two lines and a floating forward. Ugh, I ate like an hour before the game. I usually only eat 5 hours before a game, but I was SO hungry my sister and I went out for Yiassoo. I felt like throwing up the whole game LOL. I guess I could have played a little better if I hadn’t eating so close to game time. In any case, we got our first season shut-out. YAY. I had a few REALLY close scoring chances right up front of the net, but just couldn’t get it in. Maybe next time. I think even though we had a short bench, we did an exceptional job. Everyone except for our D man, Flynn. I think he needs some work. Mauahahah j/k.

WHHEEEEEEEE, we got a win last night! I was hoping for a 3 game streak with a point, but didn’t get it. I had my chances, just wasn’t able to convert. I drew 2 penalties (One being a check from behind, but wasn’t the call) and managed get a roughing penalty myself. Lame. I had my glove up by my chest to protect myself from a check, they run into me, fall down, and I get the penalty! WTF?! If it was a make up call for the penalties I drew, at least let me make it look good, maybe even a REAL check. I mean, I got hit pretty hard on my checks and I get this woosy push as a penalty. LAME.

I had quite a few scoring chances and most of those I was pushed, shoved and out muscled for the puck. That pisses me off, you have to knock me off just ’cause I’m so much faster to the puck than you. Get some skills in skating fast A-HOLE! Brute force doesn’t do anything in this league! If I was in front of the goal and you did that to me from behind, you’d be kicking yourself in the ass when I score that penalty shot, think about it…

Well, I MUST say, we really played a DAMN good game last night; good passing, good positioning, and DAMN good shots (ESP. from the Ds,they got some rockets!). Good Job guys, let’s keep it up for next week. We have an early game on Saturday 4:30PM – CENTER ice so if anyone wants to drop by and cheer me and my team on (ok, not MY team, the team that I’m on) come by and bring your BIG voice for the Misfits!

Yes, I said it. F*CK the Humane Society. Those kittens we had for a little while were given up to the Humane Society to find good homes. Yesterday, on the way home from taking care of the puppies I get a call from moO. Sounding RATHER upset, she tells me that the kitties were put to sleep. WTF?! We gave them up so they could be happy and find homes not to be killed! She said they claimed that they were too young and would have to find a foster home for them ’cause they were too young. They probably didn’t even look. Hell, if it were only a few more weeks, I would have fostered them. I find it odd that they would kill kitties and let the older ones live. I don’t hate older animals, but realistically I know people buy kitties over older cats. So, why did they have to get rid of our Fig and Muffin, you pieces of sh*t eating mother f*ckers!? Never give those A-Holes an animal you want to live and get adopted.

As I bump my Phantom of the Opera CD on my way to my Aunts house to take care of the puppies I think to myself, THEY MUST ABOLISH THE STUPID CARPOOL LANE!!!!!!

Why do I care so much? Why not. This is why I care about this. I drive to Morgan Hill every morning, against the way of busy traffic, and there’s NO ONE in the carpool lane. Ok, so, they won’t get rid of the carpool lane in the near future, but I’d like to dream. I mean, at least make the carpool lane on only when you’re going with traffic, NOT when you go against traffic. OK, so I see the usefullness of the carpool lane, that is, when people use it correctly. On the odd occasion when it IS busy and I AM using the carpool lane, and you’re driving slowly in the carpool lane, get the f’k out of my way. Hell, even if I’m NOT in the carpool lane, get the f’k out of my way. Am I making any sense? I don’t think I am.

I look in today’s Mercury News in the ”Valley” section to see on the front page that Corbin Motors is filing for Chapter 7, with debts totalling 10million dollars. For those that don’t know what I’m talking about or don’t even know why I care, I dunno what to say but check the links below. If you saw Austin Powers: Goldmember you’ll notice a weird looking vehicle that Goldmember drove. That’s the Sparrow that was Corbin’s first released vehicle. I wanted to get their Merlin, a one seater, fully enclosed, single lambo door, motorcycle. Yes, it’s registered as a MOTORCYCLE, so you can use it in the carpool lane and motorcylce parking spots! But, now that might just be a dream as the $17-24K e-car might be no more. Now I might have to expect to pay like $50,000+ on eBay if I ever want to get a hold of one. Damn, now I’ll never get one of these cars… eR… motorcycles… uM… whatever you want to call it. …Now I have to settle for the T-Rex OR the Grinnall.
