Well, chalk up another ”L” for the Misfits. Yes, I said it, another loss. However, this time we were playing against the first place team AND we didn’t have a goalie. We elected to have 6 players on the ice to sort of even it out. We came out with a 3-8 game and a TON of penalties. I think everyone was getting fed up with the LACK of calls on the ref’s part, so it escalated a bit where it would be contact after contact until finally SOMETHING was being called. After a few minutes of the start of the game, I started again YAY ME!, I was taken down by basically grabbing my arm and forced to the ice. No call was made and throughout the whole game my elbow hurt. After the game I had already had a dark bruise. When bruises come fast, it must have been bad. What makes it worse is I already had a raspberry (I think it’s what it’s called) from yesterday when I went to Hockey Workout and slid on the ice. Despite not having a goalie, the first period or so, we were basically trading off scoring goals with the first place team. Over all, I think we actually did really well. It still being a loss, I’m bitter, and sent out a rant email to a Miata list I’m on. Maybe I should have read it before sending it out. Most of the time I write an email of any subject it ends up in the trash. But, that’s another story. I digress. Being a well played game, I managed to grab two assists (I was pracitising passing and receiving with Phillip at Hockey Workout) and added a +1 to my +/-! Unfortunetly, it’s still -5, but it’s moving. Hopefully more positive in the future.

This year we won’t be having a Christmas Tree… No, we’re not saving money this year. Let me give you a visual of what I mean.

Wheeeee! I just got off of the treadmill and I lost a total of 270 Kcal today! Also, on a side note, so far, I had a total of ZERO income calories!   …   Wait, that’s not a good thing…

What’s with those late night saying they have next year’s technology? Especially when it has 64MB video memory. I doubt I’ll be using it for ten years. Wow, they’re actually giving me a 7200rpm HDD vs. the old 5600mhz. I can get it at Fry’s or elsewhere.How do they give out next year’s technology? Did they go to the future or something? Ooooo, it has a snazzy neon light, perfect to cater to us Rice Boys. If it’s so high tech why are they still giving out 56k sh*t dial up and try to make it sound cool by saying its lightning fast and best of all free? Plus it’s so damn expensive! I can build that system way cheaper! If I wanted to spend that much money, I’d buy an alienware. It doesn’t even have a DVD burner! The only thing I can see worth it is the software included. Then again they’re probably all crap and I wouldn’t even be able to sell it on eBay. Hell, I get all my programs for free anyway. Oh, and no, you cant turbo charge or supercharge your computer. Even Rice Boys know that. If you want to say it, say it right. Overclock, or a program that frees up memory, NOT TURBO CHARGE!

Lately I’ve been watching a LOT of Dragonball and DBZ. I can’t believe I didn’t get into this sooner. I guess its because it’s the American market ”pawn-off” version. You know, the watered down version? Kinda like when the water down every other damn Import movie/manga. All the damn GOOD Chinese movies (primarily Jet Li and Jackie Chan) brought to America and cut to be acceptable to the American market. LEAVE IT THE WAY IT IS!!! This is why I’d rather buy imports straight from the origins.

But, I digress. True, DB & DBZ, I’m told, are watered down versions, but it’s the best I got. I wish I had Cartoon Network a LONG time ago, I dunno what I’d do without it now. No more DB, DBZ, and Powerpuff Girls. Yes, I still watch PPG.

I’m so addicted to Dragonball, that I’m researching for any and all info on the ”wired” about it, trying to find anything I can! I’m such a NERD! The DBZ test even says it!

Man, I need to be more productive during the week while I’m unemployed again. I’m still looking for jobs, so no worries. Only, this time, I don’t have Unemployment to back me up. Sure I can file again, but I’d only get $87 a week, sure I can eat off that. But, I figure not to depend on that anymore and save it for later if I REALLY need it. UE is based on your last quarter’s income claim, since I had a grand total of $0 income, I get the minimum amount. So, hopefully, I’ll get a job soon. The way I think is if I work for 3 months, get laid off, THEN open a new claim, I’ll get a higher amount versus opening a claim now and only get the $87 after I get laid off again. Does that make any sense? Probably not, I think I’m rambling now. It’s 2:36. STFU. I hate you. I need sleep. Nope, back to Warcraft 3! Wheeeeeee.

Ok, so by some odd chance, my prayers have somewhat been answered. I managed to lose another job. I wasn’t fired, but rather, the project was ended around the time they told us it would. They said it would be around a month or two, at most until the end of the year. I thought it was the most boring job to have, but it was income so I guess I didn’t mind it too much. Plus, I didn’t have any immediate supervisor, so that was cool too. But, I really hated just sitting there doing nothing. I guess a lot of time I wasn’t doing anything; I was helping customers, officially. For the most part I was either sleeping in the car, playing Hot Shots Golf 3 on PS2, playing Super Smash Brothers Melee on Game Cube, wandering the store aimlessly, or chatting with the guys in the camera isle or computer section. But, it has all come to an end. No more job, YES! No more money, NO! Well, time to look for another (good paying) job.

Wheee. A whole weekend of hockey! Saturday was my brother, Phillip’s, game. Then yesterday I watched the Sharks lose another one. Then, later that evening, I played my game at the San Jose Logitech Ice Centre.

After the first period was over we were down 0-1, which was odd, because throughout the game we were out shooting them, we just couldn’t convert them to goals. Around 2 minutes after the start of the second period, I was on a 2 on 1 with my center, he passes it back to me, taking the defense with him so it was 1 on 1 with the goalie, I wait until the last possible moment and pull the trigger. GOAL, glove side! I like it fancy, heh. I was denied 6 other times, with 2 really good glove saves by the opposing goalie. Which made it 1-1. The last 30 seconds of the game, the score was 2-2, and we were on the other side several shots go to the goal, but are all denied. The puck was cleared to our half of the ice and struggle a few seconds over there but manage to clear it up to center ice. The left winger and I get a good break away 2 on 0, then the horn blows, the game ends 2-2. If only we had a few seconds we would have had another scoring chance. I think we would have gotten it too. Oh well, at least it wasn’t another loss. Plus, I scored a goal! Good thing too, this made yesterday’s +/- a 0 yay…
